Bandz Skateboards collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management (customer administration, order/delivery follow-up and invoicing).

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use your e-mail addresses to confirm the orders we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other marketing purposes and are not shared with outside parties.

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. required for the implementation of an agreement of the General Data Protection Act. [Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place based on Article 6.1. dealers always have the right to withdraw the given consent.
